Claims Management
Our 200 plus strong team based in Newcastle Upon Tyne provide a first class service to manage Southern Rock’s claims. We also use our specialist claims handlers to offer all Brightside plc customers including eCar,eVan and eBike a first port of call when making a claim. We are efficient and make sure our partner’s profits are maximized.

Industry Leading Fraud Detection
Specialised claims handlers are trained to detect and prevent fraudulent claims. Utilising a wide range of investigation tools we are focused on intercepting and disrupting fraudulent activities

Staff Development
